DESCRIPTION

Ferrovanadium alloys are composed of iron and vanadium, with varying percentages of vanadium content depending on the desired grade. These alloys are widely used in industries such as steelmaking, alloy production, and the manufacturing of specialized materials.

The 10-100mm size range of ferrovanadium alloy provides a wide range of particle sizes suitable for different purposes. Smaller particles in the 10-50mm range are beneficial for applications where rapid dissolution or reaction is required, as they have a larger surface area. On the other hand, larger particles in the 50-100mm range are more convenient for applications that require controlled addition or where larger-sized particles are preferred.

In steelmaking, ferrovanadium alloys in the 10-100mm size range are added to the steel melt to introduce vanadium as an alloying element. Vanadium enhances the mechanical properties of the steel, improving its strength, toughness, and wear resistance. The specific grade of ferrovanadium alloy is chosen based on the desired vanadium content and the desired properties in the final steel product.
