This makes it particularly useful in the production of high-strength steel products, including structural components, automobile parts, and tools.
The addition of Alloy Strength Enhancer ferrovanadium to steel forms a solid solution with iron, which strengthens the crystal lattice structure of the steel. Vanadium atoms occupy the interstitial sites within the iron lattice, effectively preventing dislocation and promoting grain refinement. As a result, the steel becomes more resistant to deformation under mechanical stress, leading to enhanced strength and durability.
